Services
Hunter Excavation was started in 1956-57 by Randall Hunter and was operated by Mr. Hunter with 2-3 employees, 4 tractors, and 3 dump trucks until 1982. The company was then sold to son, David Hunter. Hunter Excavation now employs 14 full-time employees, 2 part-time employees, operates 23 pieces of heavy earth moving equipment, 7 dump trucks, and 5 company pickups.
At Hunter Excavation, we take safety seriously. Our employees are MSHA certified and undergo an annual refresher course on mine safety. We also have our e-RailSafe certification that ensures background checks and drug testing for employees. Daily toolbox safety meetings occur every day on the job site, ensuring each employee knows their task for the day and how to pursue it in a safe manner.

Never got a call back.
After I left this review Jeff Hunter left my business a one star review because he didn't like the review. I responded to his review on my page and then called him. He claims someone called me back but didn't leave a message because they were on the road. That confuses me because if your calling me while on the road to have a conversation wouldnt you leave a message? When I called him to talk about it he was confrontational and hung up on me twice.
His concern was why didn't I call them more than once? As a customer I shouldn't have to chase down the business that I'm wanting
