I worked with Freeman Jones to replace my roof after it received wind damage in several places during a storm. Mr. Jones was extremely courteous and attentive to all of my concerns regarding the replacement. It took some time to get my insurance company to release final payment to them due to some internal insurance company issues, but Reno did not pester me for the payment. Mr. Jones was able to help me with the insurance company issue and I am very happy with the roof. The work was completed in a single day during the spring and I’ve had no problems with it since installation. I highly recommend

Freeman was on time and professional for our estimate. He was friendly and reasonable as well as professional. The guys that came to install the roof were also great. They were on time, professional, and friendly. We had a smooth process with the installation and appreciated that Freeman came to inspect and to make sure the nails were all gone from the yard after the guys were done. Well done!

He was very professional and explained everything in detail. He found damage on my roof i was unaware existed.. He led me through the whole procedure of calling insurance company to file a claim. He even met them here for their inspection to answer any questions they or i may have. The process was simple, especially with his help. He quickly scheduled me for installation of new roof. Riley did a fabulous job on our new roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. Riley stayed engaged with the project the whole time and his crew did a great job cleaning up after completion. If that wasn't enough to set him apart, Riley did a free roof inspection, found damaged shingles, and then worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure our insurance claim was accurate and complete. With his help, we were successful in receiving an insurance settlement.
