Is dryer producing heat? If yes, the first thing you would want to do is remove the vent that is connected to the back of the dryer, leave it pulled out from the wall and run one or two loads. If the dryer dry's in the normal amount of time the problem is in your vent system and not the dryer. You will either need to have the venting cleaned or replaced.

I waited 7 hours for a repairman to come and fix my icemaker. I finally called and was told that she must have dropped my appointment. She said that she was sorry and I told her I have been waiting for 7 hours. She said I'm sorry and that she was not perfect. She said she didn't know what to say. I said maybe a discount and she said we don't give discounts then said that they will not be coming to fix my icemaker. I think that is very poor customer service.

Couldn't ask for a better experience - we are lifetime customers! Right before Christmas our dishwasher went down. I sent photos of the broken part, Greg had a feeling there was more to the story. He came that same day so the part could be ordered and sure enough found another item that needed to come in to fix it. Next day air shipping and he was there first thing in the morning to install. We hosted the Christmas brunch and Greg made my Christmas by fixing my dishwasher so quickly. Thank you for your professionalism and great service.

Great service and great family owned business. Greg is great and I told him about the very friendly receptionist and found out it's his daughter. They took care of my washer in no time and were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

From beginning to the end, their service was flawless! Initially, I called to set up an appointment for my dryer to be repaired. I did not have the model # nor serial # for the dryer(it had been worn off by previous owners). The lovely woman who set my appointment put in a call to see if Greg(the owner?)could fix it w/o this info. She then called me back to say that the next available date was filling up, and I should make an appointment soon. DONE! Greg then called me the next morning and asked me to send photos of my broken dryer. He said he could probably identify what this issue was based on

We had a washer filled with wet clothes, and couldn't open the door, Tompkins made it a priority to move our appointment up. Becky, the receptionist, called us early the next morning, remembering our clothes in the washer and was able to give us an appointment in less than 18 hours after we called - no ruined stinky clothes!
