Extremely disappointed in the quality of the work performed. I cry looking at his work. We have redone or plan to redo everything he touched. He left our property a disaster. We gave him half down in April, and he started the work in September. He just finished our job in April, a year after collecting half down. There were some weather delays which we completely understood. His response to everything we asked was “it’s not in the contract.” Please don’t make our mistake and read the contract before signing to make sure absolutely everything you want is in the contract. Edited to respond to owner: You were happy to hear from me and said you had a slow day and could do it that day. I was surprised but agreed. (It's part of why I didn't get the other quotes in time). And I only got 30 feet of gravel. The rest of my driveway I had done a week later at 3 times cheaper price. The $425 was for 30 feet only.

In my experience, Glenn Tech is the best at what they do. I'm not going to lie, I was caught off guard by having to pay 1/2 up front but the quality of work was well worth it. They paved our 800 ft driveway in the first go around and we've used him multiple times since. My wife and I work in real estate and our primary focus is to ensure the job (whatever it may be) is done correctly and Glenn Tech has repeatedly proven their attention to detail via non-speced criteria like drainage and runoff, they are always just a part of the job. Glenn Tech Enterprises responded very quickly to quote me a price on redoing my driveway. There were problems with drainage and water runoff. My driveway is long and has two turns in it. As for most people just finding someone dependable and honest was my first step. I had a quote and a description in detail of the labor and material within a few days. The owner was good at communicating with me. The work was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with the results.
