My washing machine tub had to be replaced. Rodney came out and quoted me a fair price, ordered the parts and spent about 4.5 hours repairing, replacing and installing the parts needed so that my machine could operate at an optimal level. His work is impeccable. He is professional at all times. He does what he says he's going to do. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Long story, short....The repairman/owner came to repair my dryer disassembled to find the issue and said he had to order parts. The parts never arrived and after going back and forth with him and his disrespectful answering service for 3 weeks without a washer I ended up buying a new one.

RJ repaired my dryer a year and a half ago and it worked great until my boyfriend tried to change the heating element that blew last week. RJ came and put the entire thing back together for me. He is very professional (covers his shoes when entering the house) and in touch to notify me of his arrival time. I would recommend him as an honest, hardworking repair person.

Mr. Rodney was on time, used booties, and was professional. He diagnosed my sick dishwasher, fixed it within an hour, and saved me money!
