Avi was great in the beginning. He was easy to communicate with and he responded quickly. I had them come out on a Wednesday (after taking the day off work) to complete the door installations. Avi had come out 1 month earlier to measure and we talked about what I wanted. He came out on Wednesday morning; once again measured and said he needed to go purchase the supplies. He came back an hour or so later. He installed a standard door after we had talked about installing a french door. He also installed a storm door and when I asked if he and his associate would change the glass to the screen;

The worst business I have ever dealt with. Constant emergencies that weren't my problem, major errors made on the first day of work, poor communication, and lack of a detailed contract. No written service warranties and no mention of a cancellation policy, so I was charged full price for unfinished work. I've never written such a poor review. Customers beware, I had to terminate after a week, and am speaking with an attorney.

Can't say enough about this company. Responded to our inquiry gave us an estimate and scheduled the work in an extremely short time. Installed a staircase from our porch and it looks like it's been there forever. Cleaned up site, checked with us and even followed up. Definitely would recommend them and we will be using them again.

Very caring and professional team. Avi arrived on time with his team and got right to work.they did run into some unexpected problems and assured me they would handle them- which they did.my walls were repaired and look fantastic. After the work was completed they cleaned everything up. I highly recommend using them for any job they feel they can handle.

Avi and his team are great at what they do. They have done several projects in our home. They are very professional, very friendly, and always on time. I have no complaints with the work they do. I 100% recommend. I called and spoke to the owner. He had me on the schedule within 10 days. They removed an old dishwasher we didn’t want anymore. Technician Jordan was on site with a helper. Jordan was quick and quite; I was teaching classes at the time. They were finished within 30 minutes. Jordan even cleaned up the area. He returned a few hours later and finished the removal by capping a line. Jordan was great! I’d have him over again and just might for other installations or remodels when we do our remodel.

Avi and his crew were courteous, quick, and professional. We had them come in and repair some water damage on our plaster ceiling and near a skylight, as well as finishing some minor kitchen details that a prior contractor left undone. They did an excellent job with the repairs, cleaned up the work areas, and even tiptoed around our sleeping baby. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Avi was very quick to respond and came out to provide a quote within a few days. His team prepared my basement ceiling for drywall, including rerouting lighting wires and framing for drywall. They completed the drywall job quickly and at a great rate. Avi was very responsive and great to work with. We couldn't be happier with the job.

They replaced our basement entry door and repaired part of a wall and repainted it. They also repaired a couple of other small things that needed to be addressed. We are very happy with the results and would definitely use their services in the future if necessary.

Avi from High End Home Improvements has now done several jobs for me in my home. He always answers or gets right back to me when I call. He makes time in his schedule to come look at what I need very quickly. He comes when he says he will. He does excellent work and when he leaves, the project looks brand new and he cleans up like he and his crew were never even there. He has done everything from hanging closet doors to redoing my shower. My only complaint is I wish I'd found him years ago!
