On Sunday Sept 19 while changing the cartridge in my shower handle it snapped off inside. There was no way I could get it out. Because of this there was no way to use the shower or tub. We have only one bathroom. On Mon Sept 20 I called Hart's Plumbing at 7:30 a.m. and told them my problem and asked for their help. At 11:00 a.m. two men showed up at my door. By 12:00 my problem was fixed. This is the second time they've been there when I needed them. A few days after the first time I used them I received a thank you card in the mail thanking me for calling on them. That's the kind of business this

Fast service and fair pricing!
When I found nearly 100 gallons of warm water in my basement last week, I immediately called the (big name, local) company on my water heater and was told it would be 2 days before they could send someone out. I then called my (local) oil company that I have used for the past 11 years, left a message and 2 hours later, hadn't heard from them. My wife saw a Hart truck on her way to work and suggested I call them. I spoke with Brianna and Geri who were both very helpful and within 2 hours, 2 technicians showed up at my house, about 18 miles away from their office.

I've read the other two reviews and apparently my experience was MUCH different. We called Hart Plumbing when we began to remodel our bathroom and add new plumbing to an existing room. The staff in the office was friendly and accommodating. Terry was the technician that came to my home and he had a wonderful "can-do" attitude. We had a free standing tub that required some creative plumbing and he worked very well with my contractor to find a solution that made sense to all of us. Their billing was honest and the team was repectful and thorough. Being fairly new to the area, I'm glad I found them
