Craig earned a degree in Biology from Washington and Lee University and a Masters degree in Management from Georgia State University.
His passion for swimming and the aquatics industry led him to establish Sears Pool Management in 1997. He is involved in the day to day activity of the company focusing on building and sustaining quality service and customer relationships. He serves on the board of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals and founded the Greater Atlanta Water Safety Alliance which is dedicated to community water safety education.
He also earned the highest industry designations of APSP as a Certified Service Professional and Certified Building Professional. Craig has CPO, LGIT, APSP Tech I, II and CSP certifications. He is also a CPO instructor. After five years as a manager in pest control for the wildlife division, Jimmy Don has returned to his original passion for the pool industry.

Though my review might be a little biased, working for SPMC for the past 6 seasons was the best summer job that any young college medical professional could have ever had. Growing up, I thought working as a lifeguard would be the coolest job ever and thus aspired to become one of these "Guardians of the Pool". 6 years later, I can still say that guard life is pretty great; especially with Sears. The most important skill I learned, used daily while on duty & can take with me as I move up the career ladder is customer service. I don’t care what business you are involved in; quality customer service

Our HOA used Sears Pool Management for the first time in 2020. Their service was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. Their service was especially important this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and they helped us with everything that we needed to do to ensure our pool could open this year, including a regular newsletter. Highly recommended.

This is our first complete year with Sears Pool management for our HOA. We are very pleased and already notified Sears of continuing next year. Every pool has its own set of problems and knowing how to address those issues needs a team of professionals. Igor is very detailed and professional. The guy knows what he’s talking about for sure. They really care and are a reliable pool service. Would definitely recommend and have in the past. Keep up the good work!!!

Sears Company was our choice last in 2018 when we were looking for another pool company to service out neighborhood pool in Roswell, Ga. The professionalism that Craig and his team offer is very rare. They even have a customer orientation session which is great for a new client. Lazar was our pool tech, and he offer an outstanding service. More than happy with this company, and highly recommended.

I am the Aquatics director for a large neighborhood pool in Dunwoody.
We moved to Sears from another large company 3 years ago and have been very pleased. Their maintenance team is top notch and keeps up with what needs to be done, as well as recommending what could be done. Like with all pool company's, staffing can be a challenge sometimes.. but I have to say our head guards have all been fantastic and this years whole staff was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

I have had many other pool services and this place by far has the best service and knowledge on all pool related problems. A great set of employees much better then at Leslie's Pool Supplies, Service & Repair. Leslie's will lie to you just to get you to buy something even if your pool doesn't need it. Sears pools company is upfront and I give them a A+++

Our neighborhood summer swim team was in serious need of new diving blocks. We started the shopping process and were getting very discouraged until we connected with Sears Pool! Craig and his team were fabulous to work with, and we purchased 5 beautiful diving blocks from them. Craig gave us a variety of options and suggestions, and he was patient and informative with the many questions we had along the way. The Chattahoochee Nature Center recently hired Sears Pool for our regular pool service and a major renovation; and so far, we have been very pleased with their professionalism and quality work.
3 people from our team recently had a chance to take the Certified Pool Operator course; and, as a camp director who knows a lot more about good program than pools, the Certified Pool Operator course with Sears Pools was the perfect introduction to pool operation and management. Craig and Alex gave great explanations of the big picture concepts like chemistry and legal framework as well as the on the ground
