We are Gary and Mary Bingaman, owners of A&D Mechanical Services, LLC. We have called Springfield our home for over 25 years. With over 30 years in the industry, five years ago, we proudly opened our own heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing company. This year, we celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary.

We believe that once we've been called to help repair or replace your unit, you're now a part of our family.

They did a wonderful job sizing the units and I am very impressed with the quality of their work both with regards to plumbing and AC/Heating. Dan was very reliable and communicated often about their progress - this was a huge job.

I had a tankless water heater that last winter had burst a copper line. I met a tech to potentially repair it, but the line turned out to be soldered to an aluminum heat exchanger. The tech would not be able to make the repair without damaging the heat exchanger. Instead, he told me to go to an auto parts store and buy some marine-grade high-heat epoxy. He walked me through all the preparation steps for the epoxy to get a proper grip. And, he didn't charge me anything! Even after driving all the way across town to meet me. I followed his instructions and my water heater is back in business. Thank

Called about a broken pipe Thursday they said they could put us on the list. Didn't expect a call back since all plumbers are backed up 2 weeks after this winter storm. They called the very next morning saying they could send out a tech because he was near us.
Tech showed up 5 minutes after the call, and checked everything out crawling all over under the house. Was completely honest with us and only charged us the initial fee!! Extremely personal and honest. I highly recommend them.

Dan came out as soon as he could, a couple hours before his projected ETA! He was quick, explained my issue in terns I could understand, and showed me how to prevent any similar future issues! If any other problems arise, I'm DEFINITELY calling A&D Mechanical!

What a blessing A & D Mechanical was to my wife and I when our AC went completely out! For nearly 2 weeks we found ourselves waiting on our home warranty company to come up with the equipment that was needed. During that entire time, A & D Mechanical made available to us two portable units to help us get by with outside temps of 95 and inside the house temps of 87. We couldn't have made it without their help and concern. When the AC equipment arrived at the supplier, A & D immediately picked it up and came to the house and began installation. In just a few hours we were fully operational again

Dan and his team have saved us 2 times this summer from the heat! We have a 30+ year old system that we are not ready to upgrade from just yet. Thank God for Dan and his team for responding quickly, within 12 hours both times, and fixed the system with no judgment or pressure to upgrade when we are not ready. They are also very affordable We! We are now cool for another summer! Thank you!!

You couldn't find a better plumber if you tried. Amber was so nice to talk to when setting up our appointment and was able to schedule us really quickly. Jen showed up and immediately got started restoring service to our home. She was very comfortable explaining what was wrong and what was done by her to correct it. Dan was very reliable and communicated often about their progress – this was a huge job. During the winter months of the project, we even had a pipe freeze. However, he used PEX so everything worked as expected when the temperature thawed – and without any damage to the piping and other structures.

We have referred several customers to A&D and they were taken care faster than the customer even thought and with great care. If you truly want to work with a company that cares about you as the customer give them a call and they will take care of you! They even offer a plan to come out and check your system each year!

Do not use this company. We were disappointed to find out we have been ripped off. We had a sump pump installed, it was consistantly running, we asked them to come look at it and they wanted to bill us for it. It went out and they would not honor the warranty. We had a different company come out, they replaced the pump with a better one. The company showed us the old one and it was a cheap plastic pump but we were billed for a more expensive pump. We trusted this group only to be taken advantage of and they do not honor their work. Be advised to stay away.

Needed work done for my grandparents who live in Springfield and I live out of state. My wife called someone from the phone book who came out and quoted us $700 for repair work on a toilet not draining. I called Gary based on a referral in Yelp and could not have been happier. Gary jumped right in and helped immediately and apologized for the other companies poor business practices that had nothing to do with him. I STRONGLY recommend A & D Mechanical.
