Sunrise is the worst pool company I’ve ever used. They don’t show up on time, they never clean on a consistent day, and their repairs are shoddy and extremely overpriced. They are scam artists. It is always a bait and switch con job with their repairs.
For example, the tech took our pool vac to their office without asking, and left a message saying it needed a $50 part. The next day we got an invoice for repairs at over $500. The same vac costs less than $500 brand new on Amazon.
Today they showed up to fix yet another of their previously screwed up jobs. It was supposed to be under warranty

The office staff and gentlemen who came out to service our pool were wonderful. The owner however, not so much. I had several questions about an invoice and when he finally called me back after, he was extremely disrespectful and rude. I don’t recommend this company if you are the type of person who likes to understand what you are paying for and why. He only cared to know that we were paying our bill and refused to listen to my concerns as a new customer. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak and was very dismissive, customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority. I still have no

if you want some creeps working on your pool, hire this company!!! two of their workers were shouting cat calls at me while we were stuck in traffic, making me feel uncomfortable. if this company hires such terrible men to be a part of this staff, this is NOT. a comp y you should hire.

We had just bought the House and the staff at Sunrise did a great job getting the pool back in working order. If an issue came up they were quick to help us over the phone or come out right away to make sure everything was working properly. The regular service is great, they service the pool and clean the entire pool deck.

Sunrise Pool Sercive has serviced our pool since we built it back in 2007. We have service every 2 weeks and they have done an amazing job for us. If we have any pool issues, they notate the problem and get on it right away. We trust them to keep our pool looking beautiful year round. Highly recommend their services!

Our experience with Sunrise Pools has been excellent. Chris, spent a very generous amount of time with me on site explaining all the parts and functions of the pool as a new homeowner. It was thorough. The weekly techs are equally good and in addition, I have had the office staff walk me through some technical questions. It's a company where everyone is in sync and " on top of it". Glad I am in their service.

I have been using Sunrise for my pool service, maintenance and repairs for the last two years. They have been very helpful not only in maintaining pool year round but also educating me as to how to save money on utilities and by pointing out the best options for upgrading the equipment as needed.
