We are a family owned and operated heating and cooling company. We are Eric and Grace Davis and we started Davis HVAC and Home because we believe that every home should feel amazing to the people who live in it. We live in Kansas City with our 3 wild boys, Theo, Julian and Ezekiel. When we bought our first house, long before we had kids, we hadn't planned on buying anything that needed renovation work, but we ended up in a total fixer upper.

We ended up really loving working on that house and learned all about renovations and how to make a home a really wonderful place to be. That was 8 years ago and we have since accidentally bought another fixer upper, this time on a much larger scale and are still working late nights long after our kids go to bed.

Honest HVAC tech. Finding a trustworthy HVAC tech is like trying to find a trustworthy mechanic. Very nice to have someone check out your system that you can trust will be honest with you. Eric fixed both an issue with my gas line and my water heater. Both times he was thorough, communicative, and helpful.

I received a referral to Davis HVAC & Home from a friend when I had a problem on my rental house. They were able to resolve the issue very quickly, and the feedback from my renter was - I would trust them home. alone with my children. Very fast, Very friendly, and professional service, I don't think you can ask for more!

We have used Davis HVAC + Home for our own home as well as our rental property. Eric has been wonderful to work with - he is honest, thorough, & timely. He has also been available for some odd jobs at our home that we didn’t feel we had time, capacity or skill for. People with integrity = great business and we will be using their services again.

We needed to replace our entire upstairs unit HVAC system after two summers of window units. Davis HVAC has been great, from beginning to end. I spoke with multiple companies when collecting estimates, and Davis HVAC pricing was the most up front, out of everyone that I spoke with. There were no hidden fees, and I never once felt like they were trying to sell me something that I wasn't interested in. We live in a very old home in Waldo and so there was a an old home surprise around every corner, and not everything went according to plan... but Eric stuck it out and made it work. He kept me informed
