We are so happy we hired Bella Blue to build our new pool! They were great from start to finish- Mario takes really good care of his clients, and prides himself and his business on the satisfaction of his customers. Mario goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, even if it is not always easy.

Our pool was completed on time, and given the current shortage of supplies, we found that to be pretty impressive. In 60 days, we went from an average looking backyard, to a pristine, poolside oasis.

I had Bella Blue Water for over 2 years on two houses. The pool was never cleaned in my opinion they spilled tons of chemicals around my decking which caused the concrete to erode. The service man literally had a 12 to 13 year old boy with him cleaning my pool. They nickel and dime you for fees and then have the audacity to send you a price increase while a day later saying expect your pool to possibly turn green from chemical shortages. This company is a complete joke. I hired a new service provider, saved $600 a year and my pool is looking gorgeous. BAD BAD BAD and stay away if you want to protect

I chose Bella Blue Water 8 years ago because of the reviews on this website and was very happy with the service. I did have the pool tile sandblasted about two years ago and the result was amazing. Contrarily, I had it done again this month and the white shadows of the deposits are still apparent. I talked to Marko about it who informed that the blasting deteriorates the time when it is done - for now I accept this answer although tedious work with a pumice stone removes more of it after the service. We just had Bella Blue Water complete a major renovation and expansion of our pool. Mario, his office manager (Erika), project manager (Marco), and tiling team (Horatio) were all nothing short of a pleasure to work with and I can honestly say I was NEVER frustrated with him or his team. That is unheard of on a major renovation project in my experience. What I want in a company is ...a lot. Not sure what is happening but the pool cleaning service has deteriorated. I used there service for 6 years and was very happy as the service was impeccable . There was a change about a year ago where I was assigned a new pool cleaner and the service has never been the same. After expressing my disappointment with the service for example pool tile not being brushed on a regular bases causing algae buildup on corners, and omitting the pool vacuum twice a week. I haven't seen any improvement...it's time to look for a new company that will listing to my needs and concerns :(

I had a complete remodel of my pool(plaster, tile) and installation of a variable speed pump, auto-filler, new hand rails, and new pool light. Overall all of the teams from Bella doing the work were excellent. Communication was super and all work was done timely. Francisco also communicated with me on the contract or any other change orders required - he is awesome!!

Mario and his team know what they are doing! Mario specifically worked with me and provided a very reasonable estimate for work not planned in my remodel.

Don't go anywhere else for your new pool or pool remodel!!

We've used Bella Blue Water for our pool service and repair for the last several years. They always arrive at their appointed time and if there is a problem, ie. extra wind, they call to tell you that the weather has slowed them down. I trust them to do all the repairs as they suggest only important maintenance and preventive care and fix only what breaks. Since they have been in charge of our pool and equipment, repairs are fewer and what they fix, stays fixed!

Our experience with Bella Blue's pool service (in the area of Hovely Ln W) was very poor. The "guy" kept adding salt without measuring, re-affixed connectors improperly, sometimes didn't show up or showed up at odd times. They nearly wrecked our chlorine generator with poor maintenance. Bella Blue management wasn't interested in fixing their problems, saying they are "overloaded". Perhaps the people they used were failures, or management is failing. Please look at the pictures of our 11 month old pavers (35k), along the pool deck and walkway. Sloppy, reckless technician. Find someone else. Pictures speak louder than words.

One of the best pool cleaning companies in the desert. I've had them for 8 years not one problem. Mario the owner is awesome makes you feel your part of the family when talking with him. Highly recommended you cannot go wrong with Bella Blue water.

After doing considerable research and getting recommendations from neighbors, we decided on Bella Blue to replace and automate all of our aging pool equipment. Totally professional, and the follow through was excellent. Mario the owner was involved from day one. One glitch that was not the fault of Bella was handled quickly and without difficulty. Great communication and flexibility. In an area with many fly by night operators, these guys, while not the cheapest, are the real deal. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

We have been with Bella Blue Water for over 10 years and have only positive things to say about the service and security of knowing they have everything covered when it comes to our pool and equipment. Previous services nickel and dimed us several times a year for parts, chemicals, and the monthly fees for once a week service were more than our regular twice a week service with Bella Blue Water.

Great company for monthly service and issues needing extra services such as a leak in the underground plumbing. Mario and everyone I have had the pleasure to call for HELP have been fantastic! Also when you are gone for the summer and get a call a sprinkler valve has broken you may need to call your gardener ... go above and beyond!

We needed our pool bead blasted and the lights replaces with LED. Francisco and his team did a great job. The pool came out better than I had hoped, and they got the whole job competed on time and budget. They were also able to work with my very tight timeline.
I highly recommend them for any pool service.
