Never use this company.
Absolutely terrible. Took 3 months for them to get out and start the work, once they did show up they tried to scam me out of 700 dollars, never finished the work and made excuses later. At first they claimed they did replace the rotten wood then tried to play a semantics game as to why they didn't say that. Just trash.

The guys at Regis and Sons did an amazing job on my garage demo and rebuild project. The quality of their work, honesty and professionalism were top-notch. My mother had Regis and sons build an inlaw apartment off our main house. What a MISTAKE. The guy that they contracted to do the excavation left a hole In the foundation of the main house with pipes going through it. When the spring came and the ground thawed my basement completely flooded, everything ruined. Also they put the foundation in the addition not up to code and our entire yard around the addition floods but to top it off the plumber that he contracted Kevin Mansfield took advantage of my elderly mother telling her that she needed all these things. He said that she would need a new well
