Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

This application assures you of the best protection possible against resoiling and stains. Maxim Fiber Protection has two protective properties. The first is an acid dye blocker that is basically a clear dye that fills the extra dye sites in a fiber. This helps to keep "foreign" dyes (such as red dye in a beverage) from penetrating the carpet fiber.

We will prepare the areas surrounding the tile, making sure not to disturb any carpeted or hardwood floors. At this point, all movable furniture will be moved prior to cleaning.
Pet urine can cause permanent damage to your floors and fabrics. It can also create an unhealthy indoor environment. When urine is first deposited onto a floor or fabric, it has a pH of about 5 or 6, which is on the acid side of the pH Scale. It is easier to remove right then when it is fresh. Once it dries it turns "alkaline" or to a high pH between 10 to12 on the scale and becomes more difficult to remove.

This is the second time that we have used Turner's Carpet Cleaning. They are awesome. We've had them clean carpet, upholstery, and tile/grout.
Mike did a great job with communicating with us before the appointment. The great thing about Turner's is they are prompt in calling you back. It seems like you have to work these days to give someone you business, but not with Turner's. Joe has came to our house on both occasions. He is very professional and explains everything. He informs you of their capabilities and doesn't push any up sales. I won't go with anyone else.
