We had Joel come out about 5 years ago to repair our dryer. He came and repaired it quickly. Our dryer recently stopped working again. I called Joel and he was able to pinpoint what was wrong (from our previous repair and age of dryer- 13 years old) and was very honest and recommend that we get another dryer. It was worth getting a new dryer instead of paying for him to come out and repair it and it have other issues because of its age. He is a straight forward guy and knows what he is talking about and doing. Thanks Joel

I called Joel and left a message on Sunday night and he was at the house to fix our glasstop stove on Monday afternoon. Nobody I've ever called for service responded that fast. We quickly discovered the issue was a shorted out power cord and Joel replaced it. It turned out not to be a complicated problem, but moving the stove took some planning and effort. Joel spotted and fixed an unrelated problem with the stove's back foot, obviously knew his stuff, worked very efficiently, was pleasant and courteous throughout the time he was here, and charged a very reasonable amount. I called about a minor issue I had with my dryer, and was pleased with the results. Speedy same-day service, and got an explanation of what he was doing/checking and why. Ended up being an easy fix, very reasonable charge for the service call, and my dryer is totally fine again. If I have any other issues in the future with my dryer or other appliances I'll definitely use T&J Appliance again.
