Was quoted a price to install a pergola in December. Paid $500 to get the work started. Job was to be completed by end of February. Its now late April and the project hasn't even started. No work has taken place and I cant get a response on the status of my project. No return calls or follow up. Going to start looking for other contactors to do the work.

I remodeled our vacation home with JJDE. Normally it is challenging when working with a contractor and property that is 2.5 hours away. Jose made the process easy as we used drawings and photos to expedite the communication and decision making process. Jose answers his phone and sticks to the timeline. We will be using them to remodel our pool and hardscape as well in the near future
