We needed to replace our septic tank and although we had to wait a month or so (other companies were longer (end of covid)). They had a reasonable bid. They came when they said they would come and their crew was amazing to work with. They were respectful and I was beyond pleased with the way they left the yard. I Would definitely recommend American on site for your septic needs.

Came home to an alarm sounding on our septic panel. Called Speedy Septic (previous servicer and latest inspector to our system). They wanted $225 for regular service call + $225 for an "emergency call" because it was close to closing time + $225 for the diagnosis. Made a call to American On Site, spoke with Brandy (very polite) who promptly sought out technicians Matt and Liam to swing by the same day. She quoted me $185 for their service. They showed up and spent a good 20 min helping to identify the issue (a weakening breaker in my electrical panel) as well as educating me about the

If anyone ever needs septic system help these are the people to call. We had a recent septic emergency. A company we had used before pumped the tank. Within 3 days tank was full again. The "X" company we had used to pump tank told us drain field needed replaced, an 8K-16K expense.
A friend suggested we call Dave at American On Site to get a second opinion. What a different story, he confirmed that our drain fields were fine and within a short time had men out that cleared the blockage to drain field and did a simple repair on septic tank. Total bill was extremely reasonable.

Update. The damage to our 70+ year old Cedar tree is now danger of dying. You just can't disturb 60% of a tree's root system and leave it all torn up without consequences. Turns out the Star Magnolia was more like 20 years old and although that CAN be replaced, a 70+ year old Cedar cannot be replaced.
