Moore offers construction services to the commercial and industrial sectors, providing General Contracting, Design-Build and Program Construction services for renovations and new builds throughout the United States. Founded as a residential building and remodeling company in 1973 by Steve and Patti Moore, the company shifted its focus to commercial and industrial building projects in 1980.

Since our company was founded by Steve and Patti Moore in 1973, we have continued to adapt to the changing industry, adding new technologies and capabilities that allow us to better serve our clients. Now in our second generation of leadership, the one thing that has never changed is our insistence on putting our clients' interests at the forefront of every decision we make.
With General Contracting, often referred to as Design-Bid-Build, our estimating team will take plans and specifications provided by the owner's design team, and put together a competitive proposal. When awarded the project, J.L. Moore will contract all required subcontractors who are chosen based upon the specific project requirements.
