Monaco Concepts is the epitome of quality craftsmanship. We previously had a bad experience with a local painting company. Aaron and his craftsmen completely removed the damaged flooring on our outdoor living area. From grinding off the old painted surface to sealing the new surface, this process involved about eight steps from start to finish. The owner, Tony Perrotta, Jr. personally mixed the exact color combination and texture we wanted for staining and sealing this area. I cannot say enough about the quality of work this team performed. My drive, sidewalk and patio are absolutely beautiful. They weren't the lowest price but their work is the best. These people are artists and if you want a truly elegant look to your home, call them. All the employees are polite, personable and knowledgeable. I still can't believe how much work goes into a quality job. They also clean the site every day and although the work is messy, its in perfect condition when they leave.

We recently hired Monaco Concepts to repair and resurface our pool deck and side yard. We had gotten several quotes prior to proceeding with the work and the reason we chose Monaco was because Tony seemed the most knowledgeable about how to solve our issues with the existing deck surface. The whole team from Aaron to the labourers were extremely professional and kept us advised of the work in progress and what would be done at each step of the process. I'm not one to write reviews, but this needs to be said. These guys are true pros. First thing they did was come out to our property to see what was involved. Then they drove us around to several projects they have done in the area so we could see the quality of their work and get an idea of what we wanted to do with our concrete. We were extremely impressed and hired them on the spot. They explained each step of the process and gave us an estimate of how long the job would take to complete. After working our schedule around Monaco Concrete for getting an estimate for decking work, they called two hours before and rescheduled for the next Monday at 2:00 pm. This was Friday. We cleared our schedule for Monday, came back early from being out of town to accommodate this appointment. At 12:15p.m. Monaco called and asked if they could reschedule yet again. I was not happy. If I did that for a job interview, cancel two hours before, not once but twice, I wouldn't have the job! So obviously Monaco to not get my job.

Tony and his team are artists. We had 1,800 sq ft of patio and pool deck redone by Monaco Concepts. Gone are the cracks and salt stains, replaced by beautiful slate rock deck. In 2009 after being diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer my late husband contracted with Monaco Concepts to overlay all concrete surfaces around our home. They did a beautiful job which we received many compliments on. Fast forward 6 six years and for the second time the driveway has cracked up in numerous areas. I and my representative have sent multiple emails, text messages, and voice mails with no response. When they finally did respond they told us they would come out and evaluate the problem and give us a price for the repair since it is out of warranty, Needless to say they have yet to come
