Don came out to investigate a waste line that had leaked and damaged our first-floor ceiling. He quickly investigated the issue, determined the cause of the leak, and completed the repair - which involved replacing the toilet flange and wax ring. Don was very courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer our questions. He was honest and extremely fair. I will definitely be calling Don for our future plumbing needs.

We have had the son, Jim Kroeger, repair a few issues in our 70 year old home and he did an adequate job. BUT, on this last visit to replace the flush mechanism on one toilet and a wax ring on a 2nd, neither of which should be difficult for an experienced plumber, he failed miserably. I asked him to replace the wax ring on one toilet. He said he just tightened it down because it was fine and didn't need replacement. Thank God I decided to flush it once before using it. Clean water leaked all over the floor from the base. We got to use that toilet exactly ZERO times after his "fix.' We had to shut

Don repaired and replaced a broken bathtub drain pipe and installed a gas line/gas cooktop for us. He was able to get out to us quickly and did a great job at a good price. He was quick to answer questions and calls. He was always courteous and always cleaned up after finishing. Would highly recommend!
