They produce one of the best quality cabinets money can buy. I think it's unfair to judge the company for the mistakes of the dealers. Obviously company doesn't deal with public so if there is an issue you need to solve, your point of contact should be the place you bought it from. I have dealt with them over 4 years now and all of our customers are very happy with their cabinetry. Not a single complaint. Any issues that we came across because of the transportation, were addressed in timely manner.

Called Brighton to ask to talk with a rep. Said they only deal with dealers and would not speak with me. I purchased an entire kitchen from them and its beautiful but the damaged cabinet that was replaced was the wrong size.
I am waiting for the company, International tile and design to call me back to fix this error. Brighton Cabinetry wanted nothing to do with me. They did not want to listen to my story and wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. They need someone nice to answer the phone - get that woman off the line!

I do not recommend Brighton Cabinetry to anybody. They have a big problems with the production and have terrible customer service!.
We did put the order in October 2020 and we are supposed to received the cabinets by the end of November. Today February 19, 2021 we don’t have the cabinets yet. (Payment in full at the order over 24K) I cannot finish the kitchen and cannot move in the new house, it is a nightmare... I called many times asking everybody for an ETA and I can not get an answer.

Brighton Cabinets are 5 star in every aspect. The cabinet quality is excellent. My wife and I researched several cabinet suppliers and on advice of our cabinet dealer Paul's Quality Kitchen of Fall River MA. we purchased Brighton cabinets. Our model was the raised Heartland white. Solid Maple, high quality hardware, flawless paint, custom glass doors and heavy duty rollouts. Just top notch. Our contractor never installed Brighton but raved about the quality as well, ease of installation and has set the new standard for him. Mouldings are all first class material and design and in sufficient quantity

I like my cabinets, however their customer service is terrible. I can't get in touch with my supplier who I bought the cabinets from ( T and M kitchens in kinnelon NJ ) and when I called Brighton directly I spoke with the Vice President of the company - Tony. Tony was of NO HELP AND TOLD ME HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE 2 KITCHENS I PURCHASED. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH 3 MY CABINETS THAT ARE NEW AND NO ONE WILL HELP!!!! '

This is my third kitchen remodeling in my lifetime. In the past I have used Kraftmaid. My Brighton kitchen far surpasses the quality I received from Kraftmaid. It just has a different feel. A feel of quality. I love coming down to my kitchen in the morning. I will be remodeling my bathroom next and you better believe I will be putting Brighton in there as well. Thank You Brighton Cabinetry and thank you to my Kitchen Designer Jeff at Kitchens of Distinction for suggesting Brighton.
