I don't usually write reviews but I will be happy to make an exception for this one because of their wonderful service. Let's just say, it was a pretty hectic night, my parents got locked out and my dad got to a car accident. With all the hassle going on, they were able to send someone over to help me unlocked my parents' front door. He was prompt, professional and helpful with his service. Getting locked out is not cool, but I will be happy to recommend these guys anytime.

UPDATE: Finally got in touch with Jim. Everything was fine. He came out got me into my apartment that I was locked out of. Charged me a small fortune for about 10 minutes of work. Guess it was my own fault for locking myself out on a Sunday morning.

Highly recommend this company. I was locked out of my garage this morning and had to be at work at 10 am. I called them around 9 am, they were here by 930 am. He was finished with paperwork, getting my door opened, and installing a different door in knob in 15 minutes. Essentially I was back in my garage less than an hour from the time I called. And the worker was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Life saver today!
