I don't even want to do a review but I mentioned to the sales person that I would of he would lie and so here I am. We switched from another awful company and it seems that they are all connected. This is our third month, we are in collection and neither the sales, the company not the VP would help with the transition.
The installment took 4 hours in one home and 5 days on another.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I decided to go with Lifeline after meeting with their sales rep Lee Metcalf. Everything seemed to be good after I signed a contract with them to take over after being very dissatisfied with Cam Security. That was early 2017. I chose this company again for three more properties just months ago this year and since then my sales contact is no longer with the company just after signing the contracts. Just today I learned the tech that's been working with my largest property for years even going back to Cam Security is leaving at the end of this month

Lifeline is an incredible security company. I've had my system installed for years and have had nothing but seamless support from them. Every time it is accidentally set off, which unfortunately happens more than I would like, they are quick to respond and assist. Every time I've called the office for any other reason they check to make sure everything else is going fine with the system and ask about any alerts they've noticed recently.

After shopping around; doing my research, comparing 2 other companies products, and service maintenance fees, I'm happy to say that I have chosen a great deal!
The first company quoted me for 4, 4.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras which costed more and come to find out, they weren't in business very long; don't have as much man-power for maintenance and not as reliable.

I have worked with Lifeline since 2009. I've had security installed at 4 homes and 3 offices over the years. Service from ordering, sales, to install has ALWAYS been smooth. They are always on top of things. But today the tech went over and above ....

The service we were provided with was stellar. Installation was smooth without any difficulty and service representatives were clean professional and offered us the most value in selecting our security plan.

My home is a Lifeline Smart Home. Not only do I feel safe with my Lifeline alarm system, but my HD CCTV cameras allow me to keep an eye on my furry family members when I am not home, my video doorbell lets me see who is at my door without having to get up from my couch or even be home for that matter. I have the convenience of adjusting lights, locks and thermostats all from an app on my smart phone. Local friendly staff serving Hawaii residents since 2002!

We have been loyal customers of Lifeline for over 10+ years and we couldn't be happier with the home automation system. Our family felt safe 24/7.
Many a times, we've accidentally triggered the alarm, and immediately we were connected to live operators asking our identification and dispatched HPD. Not once, have we felt their services were not great. Lifeline has protected our family for years and will continue to do so.

The first time I called, Gary answered and connected me to Lee. Lee was extremely helpful with our request for arranging the consult, meeting to sign papers, and expediting the installation quickly. My husband and I like to get things done fast and Lifeline has been very flexible with working with our schedule. We have been Lifeline customers since 2008. Not only do we have their system in our home, but also our business. Their equipment is top notch and only outdone by their customer service. My husband and I required a pretty sophisticated system at our business. I had this company last year and recently updated the ought ADT due to their contract being 5 years and I felt was too long. But they were good when I had them, I just thought needed to try other companies and had a typical contract for 3 years only

I've been reading about how more and more burglars cut your phone line before breaking in, since they know residential alarm systems always rely on your phoneline to transmit alarm signals. Thus your siren will sound but since the alarm co isnt notified, they dont send the cops.

Just made the switch from alert alarm and already a better experience. I reached out to Sean Doyle last year but we weren't able to meet up due to unforeseen circumstances. Sean didn't forget me and reached out after a few months and I'm glad he did. Better product but the biggest difference is 100% without a doubt BETTER SERVICE. Kevin was the tech that installed and he was very professional, respectful, communicated well, and provide the same excellent service as Sean. Lifeline you've set the bar higher and I hope the rest of my time with you will not disappoint.

What began as a huge headache over a contractual issue was quickly resolved by Todd. I send a big Mahalo to him for his integrity and good business practice. I recently bought a house in Hawaii so I had scarce knowledge about what's good or bad regarding home security system. I googled for local home securities and found out that Lifeline is an official dealer of Honeywell, a highly recommended system as the reviews showed online. I called up Sean Doyle and he immediately responded and came that week to discuss the details of cost, installation, and services.

We just built a new home and are so glad we now have our home secured and protected by Lifeline Fire and Security. The decision to choose Lifeline over the many other "security" companies was an easy one to make. Lifeline is locally owned and operated which gives me a sense of security that should any issue arise, they are here on the island and not some company operated out of the mainland.
