Glenn Came out to my house...gave me a proposal that was honest, fair, and reasonable. United installed the panels very quickly. The system is running and producing just the way they said it would. Glenn answeres the phone any time I have a question. I have recomended family and friends and they even gave me 500.00 for each referal...They do what they say and that is what I expect.....Very good Company!!!

Wish I could give them a ZERO. Once they got my business, they stopped responding to any email/voicemails. Installed panels without the actual work permit being issued. I had to pay for multiple months of service before the panels were actually "live". Was told the company would reimburse me for those months, but I still haven't seen the check, and they haven't responded to the three emails sent. The only good thing about them was their installer, who apparently is no longer with United Solar. Do yourself a favor and find another solar company. TERRIBLE!

Solar came to my house in December of 2017 and I decided to sign up with the company. I was promised a gift card if $500.00 and was told that my monthly payments will not start until the system was up and running. The monthly payment was being deducted from my account in December and panels were not up and running and until this day I'm payment for panels that are not running. I have called the company and emailed the staff and I receive no response to rectify the issues. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends/family....

From the beginning, my experience with the staff at Solar Home was nothing but pleasurable. Rose, the receptionist was sweet and helpful every time I called. Julia, the manager was very informative of how the permitting and installation process goes. The sales department answered all of my questions about how solar systems actually work. I ended up not moving forward with solar because they told me I had too much shade around my house for the system to produce enough energy. I appreciate the honesty of their employees. Nothing beats a family run company that actually cares about their customers
