This is the most customer UNfriendly dealership I have ever visited. The employees in the customer service area are rude. They are a money-hungry dealership & will try & overcharge if you are not alert. They will quote one price & then try & increase it at the register. I was burned by them once in the past, but decided to give them another chance recently. Well, they failed again! Same treatment! I will never go back there & caution others!

Love Honda is definitely a place I recommend for anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda, I had Michael as my salesman and he did a great job explaining everything to me and the financing team also did a great job in making sure everything went by smoothly. All it took was an hour and I was driving home in my new car, Love Honda is definitely not like other car dealerships where you feel pressured to buy a car or where you feel like you’re being cheated.

Shawn and Teddy took really good care of me on this deal... I was on my way home from breakfast and saw it, a unicorn! otherwise known as a 2022 Ridgeline. Now I pulled in driving a nicely appointed (but really dirty) 2015 full size pick up, looking like something the cat coughed up, and they treated me no differently then if I came in wearing a suit and tie. Called Honda and spoke with Jodie, she got us in right away to service and they diagnosed and took care of my van and gave it a free wash as well! I'm so happy with Jodie and her service, she was very caring and could sense I'd be lost without my van for any longer than necessary and made sure it was taken care of promptly. I'm sure the service guys were great as the job wasn't an easy one, but she is who we dealt with and did an awesome job 👏 🙌 😀. I'd highly recommend Love Honda because of the service I received today. After having come from another dealership in the area, Love Honda was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in the used car sales personnel. I previously went to another dealership, that tried to tack on thousands of bogus fees and offering very lil for my trade, in addition to making me feel like I couldn't nor be able to get a car anywhere else, I left and found my way to the good people at Love Honda. They were friendly, accommodating, and no shady dealings. Not only did I get a great car but a much better interest rate and they gave me an awesome price for my trade in. Well done Love

Wow! The BEST experience I have ever had with a car salesman Jared, he is fantastic! I was in a bad situation and Jared got me where I needed to be. He helped me find the most perfect car for me. Seriously the most patient, helpful, understanding, and caring salesman I've ever worked with. Usually I feel super pressured and nervous but he made me feel super welcomed. He was polite and kind! Offered me anything I needed and went above and beyond. The finance service guy was also super helpful and fast. Fastest deal I've ever dealt with. What a great experience! Avoid this place! Nothing but a waste of time and 1980s old salesman pitches where they want you to give them a number and come back to you with a price. A young female sales associate would not give me the price of the dealership vehicle add ons. She wanted me to come in which I said I would not waste my time with back and forth nonsense.
Lesson learned = when dealerships refuse to provide you with the OTD price hang up the phone!

Had to get a lot of maintenance done, because all the maintenance minder codes were popping up on a trip back to Florida. My gas gauge would only go halfway up so I had to get that checked out as well.
Still waiting two hours later, they don't have loaners but they are nice and I'm confident it will be done right. I took off for an hour to eat with friends, and then came back to fall asleep in the waiting room. The free tea and coffee machine perked me right up.

Today's experience was not good. After speaking with someone who I thought was a salesperson led me to believe the dealership had a vehicle for me to see. I asked her if she had any wheelchair accessible vans on the lot to see and she said yes she would have some pulled up for me to see. When I got there she said they have to send their vehicles out to have them converted. Total waste of time. After speaking with someone else who I assume was a Mgr I find out she doesn't even work in sales. This Mgr attempted to help me but after about an hour and being passed on to yet another person

I bought a car from love honda in October that was supposed to be re conditioned per the lender and fully inspected. 3 months down the road come to find out my power steering has been leaking for some time? When i contact them about it i get nothing back? I mean the suv has 60k on it? They not only wont fix it they ignore me if i call. Save yourself the hassle don't buy from them or use there service. Wont stand by there product.

Terrible.car was listed for 5995 i was interested they wanted to get me in there i said i would prefer to do everything st 1 time assured me the car was there got a call a day leter.didnt have possession of car week later saw car listed for 6499 told i couldnt get a loan unless i put down half the total.but for 500$ down and 299 a month i could by other cars with less than 40 ,000 miles .see my first car was 2007yr. With 38000 miles on it.when realized i dont believe they wanted to let it go for 6 thousand so they denied my loan for 30 percent of a loan they would have approved me for.it ended

This is the third Honda Pilot I have bought from this dealer but this will be the last next time. I would rather drive to Ocala or any other place with better service. Best car buying experience I ever had. I went in wanting a specific car and they had two in stock. Teresa listened as I told her why I wanted that specific car and then had them brought up for me to look at and test drive. I decided on one. After she took down my info for the trade she went to talk with her manager on price. I pulled up KBB on both the car I wanted and my trade and decided what was acceptable prices. Trying to call them is almost impossible. Their hours reflect open until 8pm but I have tried calling them after 4pm and it rings and then gives a busy signal. I have been into this location twice, once on my own and once with a friend looking for a vehicle. The showroom is was dead, ON A SATURDAY!!! They work with a skeleton crew, probably to reduce costs. They try to sell certified vehicles that should not be sold as certified. I clicked a link to receive a $25 Walmart gift card for test driving a vehicle and was not given one. As a first-time car buyer, I am happy with my vehicle purchase from Love Honda but would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. Everything about this place was sketchy. They run their business on "maybe she won't actually read the fine print" and they hope for the best. I feel used, abused, and taken advantage of. If it wasn't such a good deal on the vehicle, I would have walked straight out of there. I've gone in a few times and tried to negotiate a lease or sales deal and their prices are ridiculous. They think their the only game in town. I recently purchased a pre owned Accord from these guys and the entire process was easy. Nice car, reasonable price, fair trade in offer and no surprises. I worked with Roger Bailey. He was courteous, respectful and professional. Ms Karen, the paperwork lady, was efficient and quite enjoyable.
I recently moved from Miami and had been to Love before, to have my 2012 Accord serviced. My service experience also went well but I have come to expect that after many years of being a loyal Honda owner. I'm honestly appalled by our treatment at this dealership. I came in legitimately shopping for a new all wheel drive vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, what I assume was the owner greeted us and asked what I was looking for. I told him I was looking for a CRV and had my grandfather with me to look over the mechanics and specs to help me.
This man said "oh, you won't understand what's under there anyway" as if a woman and an elderly man (my grandfather was a precision engineer who designed parts for NASA by the way) were incapable of understanding vehicle mechanics
