UPDATE...We had good guy come out to help with a major plumbing repair needed in our home. We needed to have our carpet pulled up to have a broken pipe repaired under our concrete slab. Good guy came and pulled back the carpet and returned to repair the carpet. We were happy with the work till not too long after, the seam began to come undone.
I reached out to good guy providing photos of the seam. Initially, he responded saying he could come repair it the following week. However, after following up the next week, he would not respond. At this point I'm not confident he will come repair it

After multiple attempts to get the pet urine odor out of a corner of my carpet, I called Good Guy Carpet. Dante came the next day and applied multiple chemicals to remove the scent. Although it helped tremendously, the smell still lingered. Thankfully, they guarantee all their work. Within 10 days Dante was back again, replacing the carpet padding to really finish the job. Dante is conscientious about his work and also about saving the customer from unnecessary costs until completely necessary. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I had taken a moment to take a before and after picture, but Dante did a great job. I was in a bit of a crunch with time and Dante was kind enough to fit me in on a Saturday. I got the carpet stretched in two rooms and be did a great job and it was very quick. His quote was very fair and I talked to a few companies to get quotes. I would highly recommend Dante's services.

I wish I could have experienced a cleaning and some of the other customers have on the great reviews I read prior to scheduling an appointment. However, it's unfortunate that I report a failed attempt!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning between 12-1pm on VALENTINES DAY only because our schedules conflicted and I really needed the service. Well going on 3 pm and two attempts of calling and getting the nonchalant, uncaring, and unsympathetic "answering service" I report that I was stood up!!! No call, no call back, not a word!!! What a complete waste of my time I must say
