Avoid this Supplier! they are burglars... they charged a crazy amount of money for the poor work they did. After a couple of months since the remodeling, my kitchen and bathrooms cabinets hinges became failing and loosening plus the cabinets refacing material began bubbling, loosening and breaking. My two cents and advise for other potential customers.

This is my 4th renovation with Factory Direct Renovation Group. The process starts with their fantastic design Bruce he will help you design the space explain the options of materials and finishes. Then the professional team comes into your home and transforms your kitchen and bathrooms. It’s amazing!! 5 Star service. Jason is a great manager who checks on the team and makes sure the customer is getting exactly what they asked for. I recommend Abner who does such beautiful clean craftsmanship. Having my kitchen cabinets refaced was a great experience. Starting with chief designer Bruce who helped with the project planning and led us through the entire process through execution of the project itself. Very high quality products used by highly skilled craftsmen who showed up every day and completed the work on the agreed upon third day. It in every way exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Factory Direct Renovations Group.

We were having issues with our previous contractors and we called Factory Direct Renovations. Bruce came by and was very nice and professional. He was making suggestions on our design and we decided to sign a contract with them. Even though we are very pleased with the outcome getting there was the problem. I believe the lack of communication between us and the project manager Ana was the major problem. We were without a kitchen for about 10 weeks. I fully don't know why things happened the way they did but I can only assume that the organization of getting the contractors there was a big part

My experience with factory direct kitchens was great! I started my experience with Bruce and Daniel and ended with Jason and Maurice. Everybody was extremely helpful and we're always available if I had a question about anything at all. They put in new countertops and refaced the kitchen and everything looks great! Quality and responsiveness was on spot. Thank you guys very much!

The team there at Factory Direct did an amazing job on our kitchen! From the initial design with Bruce to the guys that did the actual remodeling of our kitchen! Great job by Karl on keeping an eye on the contractors and making sure that they stayed on task and following up with us to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with the work that was performed. We were pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I would like to express how dissatisfied I am with Factory Direct Renovations. I hired this company for two separate project’s; new flooring and a new kitchen. The contracts, were very bias and imbalanced (be very mindful of the deposit and payment requirements-they are one-sided). The project took exactly 90 days. I expressed my concern with “sub-contractors”, he assured me that everyone that would be working in my home will be employees of Factory Direct Renovations and they all fall under Factory Direct Renovations license, insurance and workman’s compensation, which is untrue. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable Bruce is in the area of Interior Design. He indeed is a designer and can build a site from scratch. He understands functionality and is great at constructing a site that is robust and fully functioning. He listens to his clients and delivers an outstanding product in a timely fashion, with an excellent project team that surpasses your initial desires, and I couldn’t be happier with its design and function.
