I easily made my appointment, was greeted upon arrival and was able to arrange for a call to let me know when the work was complete. The tech was friendly and was pulling in my vehicle as I was getting into my shuttle ride. I received a call within the hour of dropping off my vehicle. 2015 encore: Went in for emissions check engine light. They smoked the system said it needed a pcv valve hose intake boot and valve cover gasket. Had them replace them. Got car back from them drove to Walmart light came back on. Went back they took it back in smoked it again(after they said they done it prior to us taking the car) and now the intake manifold was warped really bad but was missed prior by the tech she said. So we replaced that. And still have the same issues. Now saying it’s the pcv valve is bad. Ended up pulling car from there. Done spending money for it not to be fixed, we’ll

I drove over an hour on icy roads with my three year old, to go get maintenance done on my brand new 2020 4Runner so I can drive back to OK I specifically told them to do the 5,000 miles tire rotation and skip up to the 10,000 mile oil change since I travel so much for my husbands job. I got all the way home thinking it was done PROPERLY looked at the paperwork and the oil change wasn’t done. I called and spoke with someone in the service and they just completely blew it off like it wasn’t a mistake and was completely rude about it as well. I refuse to do anymore maintenance at Toyota.

My old '93 Toyota 4x4 pickup is a beast and needed some engine work done, I only use OEM parts so wanted to take it here. I never been there before, made my mind up since they were very courteous talking to them on the phone. It took several days to get the parts needed for the repair, they came from California. It wasn't cheap but it turned in to a bigger job than planned. My truck purrs like a kitten now, Kirksville Toyota did a great job. I plan to have them do all my mechanic work going forward. 2 thumbs up!

I had the 100,000 mile servicing done on my 2011 Toyota Tundra and they did an excellent job at a very fair price. They were recommended to me by a friend that works at the Toyota dealership where I bought my Tundra. He said that Kirksville Motors was doing a great job and there was no reason to drive over 100 miles to get my service work done where I bought it. It was a good decision to take my Tundra to Kirksville Motors. I dropped my truck off in their spotlessly clean facility and they took me back to my office, since the service work would take most of the afternoon. Their work was completed
