Since we have been using Ryan we have absolutely no complaints, they are wonderful. We have had them out a few times for different services. We’ve had 4 different technicians and they all were very professional and nice. The front office is also very nice and informative. I would not use anyone else. So in conclusion I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

When our furnace quit working on Friday I called the company who installed it several times with no one answering. I immediately called Ryan and someone was here that afternoon and diagnosed our problem. We went without heat all weekend and I was nervous about how long the repairs would take since new parts were needed. I called this morning asking… for an estimate of time for the parts coming in(since this all happened on a Friday). The website had some God-based mission statement, which I found peculiar. I saw mixed reviews and was tentative, but contacted them for a quote after an astonishingly bad experience with Ziegler and I was BLOWN AWAY.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys did exceptional work. When our steam boiler furnace took a dump, it was gut wrenching. At first we had no clue what the heck was going on. We had other places come in that were rude and unknowledgeable and basically fed us more panic. Ryan and Marc showed up and were super helpful and down to earth and helped pinpoint the problem and had a quote out to me promptly. It's a rough nightmarish thing to go through and Ryan's crew really eased the worry out of it all and did an amazing job on everything. I definitely recommend these guys if you ever to have

I would not recommend this company. They came and installed a $6.00 capacitor for $300.00. This did not fix the problem. They then quoted me a blower motor for $796.00 installed. I called another Heating and Cooling company and they came the same day and installed the blower motor for $475.00. I also called a different Heating and Cooling company for a price and received a quote for $550.00. I was also told by the company who I went with that they would of charged $100.00 for the capacitor installation.

We have had to call Ryan Heating & Cooling twice in about 4 years or so. Both experiences with them were great. The phones are manned 24 hours a day. They are upfront about the diagnostic fee and we have never had to wait long. The techs are super helpful, very knowledgeable and give exact answers on problem, price and time frame. It is refreshing to work with an honest and reliable company.

I want to thank Ryan Heating and Cooling for putting up with me last week when I was having issues with my furnace. Everyone was nice and understanding (even Josh, who I had out early in the morning and late at night)!! Ryan Heating and Cooling provided us an energy audit for our newly purchased home. Over the last three years Ryan has installed a high efficiency boiler, two new air conditioning units and air handler, and sprayed our roof deck with foam. Let me start by saying I do NOT recommend Ryan Heating & Cooling. I read all the good reviews and thought "this sounds like a great company to use". Well...not so much. We called them because our existing furnace was not blowing cold air and would not shut off on it's own. Yes, they sent a tech our quickly, but something seemed "off" from talking with the tech for a couple minutes. He proceeded to tell me that he is sure our secondary heat exchanger had gone bad. The office staff was very courteous and helpful. Albert came to the house and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After all was said and done, we were able to get both a new furnace and new central air. The whole process was very easy, very smooth and very professional. We were able to schedule installation in just a few days. They were on time, took care not to walk on my carpet with dirty shoes and cleaned up nicely. I don't like to spend money, that being said I had to spend a bit once my ancient furnace finally crossed over. Everyone that I worked with (usually via email due my work schedule) was up front and honest. I was quoted a decent price for a much much quieter furnace. As the other one could be heard outside while running a snow thrower.
Libby was on point with all the financing questions and Albert (technician) was as efficient as it gets. I'm prior military so believe me I know.

The service my husband and I received was outstanding!! The service man was right on time, very pleasant, personable and straight forward. He wasn't a sales man and didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need. He fixed our furnace problem and that was that. Will recommend them to everyone I know looking for heating cooling services.
