I use Air 72 for my maintenance twice a year and so far everything has been working great. Alex, one of their technicians, is very friendly. Recently I had John come out to give me an estimate for solar and I’m hoping to get that done soon. His price was about 40% less than another quote I received. I'm very comfortable with Air72. Dozens of my neighbors use them and are very satisfied. I feel that this company is a lot more honest and trustworthy than others.

I've lived in my residence 18 years, with my original AC unit and gas furnace. For the entire 18 years, I've had a slow steady leak & calling an HVAC company to refill refrigerant has been the drill for a long time. I've been through every scenario imaginable-AC pan full of water, AC unit freezing, AC drain clogged & plumber required, you name it - I've been there -- including with every other vendor in town.
My next strategic move was to purchase

Hand down best price, customer service, and quality of work. Fact that they are only want look up for duke energy discounts and etc. you can't go wrong with em. Other "big" company try to charge me mid 5digits while they are doing it for high 4digits it's amazing. Plus we replacing two units not just one! Other "big" company trying to charge us one units for total of two units air 72 charging us! Also Mary Jo help through all the process. She make it very easy and understandable explanation. We have used Air72 for many years and they continue to "beyond EXCEED" our expectations. We are not easy customers, not by a long shot, so our recommendation carries some weight! While we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel, where we are acting as our own GC, we totally blanked on who was going to do the installation of the electric downdraft. If you're burning up with no AC, I wouldn't advise calling Air 72. First of all, it will take them longer than 72 hours to get out to you. Second, they work for and/or with the home warranty people and basically screw you out getting the warranty company to pay for service and then quotes you a huge price for them to service it on your dime. Serviceman was at my house for 10 min, left without telling us what the problem was, and then I waited four days before I received a denial from the warranty company. Air 72 is the best! The owner explained exactly what was wrong with our air conditioning unit and fixed it on the spot. The price was fantastic and the service was wonderful. This company does not try to over charge you and knows what they are doing. My friends air conditioner also just broke. I recommended she call Air 72 and they were able to replace it with 2 days. The price was the best quote she had received by a couple grand and a much better unit. The service is quick and reliable. I highly recommend Air 72.

Air 72 is an HVAC company we used recently at the recommendation of several neighbors. The owner and technicians were professional and courteous. After carefully examining our two air-conditioning units and the furnaces, they explained clearly what was going on and how to fix the problem. They gave us the costs up front, and I believe they were reasonably and competitively priced. (BTW although I didn't expect it, they used disposable shoe covers each time they came in our home. ) This is an outstanding HVAC company in my estimation, and very highly recommended!
