Services
We are located on the outskirts of Rochester in the Finger Lakes area of Western New York, in the Town of Bristol. On any map it is known as Bristol Center, located just outside of Canandaigua. The president of the company has been involved with Renewable Energy {RE} for 20 plus years. He has been working as an Electrical Industrial Controls Engineer in the Rochester area for over 29 years, and broke out on his own in 1997.
Chris was born to working middle-class parents, Walter and Donna Schaefer. Walter was a town firefighter until stricken with Multiple Sclerosis, while Donna followed a career with Xerox as an executive secretary and retired as a Human Resources Manager. Chris grew up in one of the last small suburban farming communities located on the banks of the Genesee River (affectionately known as the "Flats") in West Irondequoit, just north of Rochester.
We have erected a solar array frame that holds the PV panels. The eight panels to the left each carry a rating of 300 watts, for a total of 2.4 Kw. Four panels are wired together in a series to provide 48 Vdc. An additional 8 panels were added to the right with a rating of 420 watts each, bringing the system total to 5.76 Kw.
