Hammerhead offers everything you will need in preparing and maintaining your pool in a pristine condition. Our certified staff will ensure that your pool is properly maintained throughout the swimming season.
Is pool / spa maintenance becoming too much of a burden for you to handle on your own? Do you not have enough time to dedicate to pool cleaning? We are always available to assist you! We offer regular maintenance visits or one-time repair and consultations. Our pool technicians work around your schedule, and we are careful not to disturb your normal routine.

Our instructors possess over 30 years of aquatic experience and we provide Red Cross Certified instruction that is available for anyone located in Raleigh and the surrounding area. Our neighborhood has used Hammerhead Pool Service for years and we have had excellent service and support from them. Last year, we were scrambling to get some surface cement work done in the week before pool season and just could not find a contractor to do it. After notifying Hammerhead about this, they offered to do it themselves - and sent one of the owners over who did it himself. We were approved and our pool season was not delayed.
This year they came and inspected early and replaced several things that would have also caused us to delay our pool season.

Hammerhead came to take care of my pool the other day, and I was pretty impressed. He blew the deck, fixed the all the furniture, emptied TONS of trash, vacuumed the pool, mopped the bathroom, and added some chlorine to the pool. It was like 92 degrees outside, he was soaking wet but he did it all with a smile on his face. Employees make the company, and if the company has employees like that, I'd bet on them any day.

I have worked for Hammerhead for 3 years now and can say that this company is diverse and family oriented. I have worked as a pool attendant and now working with the maintenance team. Anybody that has left hammerhead, it wasn’t because they went to another pool company but because they found other career opportunities. We all are human so mistakes will be made , so people who get fired it’s because they literally tried to do nothing and get away with it. When we do make mistakes, the Owners and managers will come out themselves and do what’s necessary to get the job done and this is what

We have hammerhead as the pool maintenance company for our development and we are very dissapointed with their service. They do literally nothing when they come for their daily cleaning of our pool. It is… disgusting and they could care less. I am not one to write these reviews unless in absolutely fed up. They do not do the job they are paid to do. Do not give them your money.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could... Horrible customer services after not getting our phone calls answered for about a month, we finally got an answer and took them another month to come out and open our pool after they would say they were coming and never come. Finally came and did half the job and then left, and came back another week later to finish and still did not finish left dirt all over the bottom. It doesn't end there, after paying them to do the opening and being told we could swim Saturday, checked our chemicals and they were still off and had to go pay another company $80
