I don't know where that last person came from, but Dunn's has been great to deal with for nearly 20 years. I have dealt with Paul, Marks dad for years, and now Mark and Gilbert, they've always been very responsive, I never had any problem with bad products. I've purchased concrete, cobbles, sand, river rock, cold mix, never an issue. Give them a chance you won't regret it.

Stay away from Dunn's Inc. they have the worst customer service. I purchased $596 of dirt and rock. They stated that a few River Rocks might break upon delivery. I was ok with a few. When they delivered them half of them were broken. The secretary stated I could exchange them just to bring them back. After I loaded the heavy rocks and took them back Gilbert Garcia (Office Manager of Co) is in the office telling OFF a customer on the phone and when he's done he tells me No you cannot exchange them. I informed him about what his secretary told me. He is so rude and with his sarcastic demeanor

I bought 10 yards of brown decomposed granite what was delivered was grey. I took a sample and asked the lady at Dunn's front desk what it was she wasn't sure but said it wasn't brown D.G., The manager heard her came out looked at it said it was brown and said that's final we're done. I left went to 2 other places that conformed from the sample it was not brown D.G., so I'm stuck with 10 yards of the wrong product and now have to buy 10 yards from somewhere else where they know what to deliver.

I bought sand and gravel from them and they said they would deliver in the morning. I waited till around 11 am and called to ask when they are showing up. The lady said any time after 1 to 4 pm. I have taken the day off to do this project and now there is no way to finish it in a day. Get your order the day before you need it. They don’t have their delivery system together at all. Its like dealing with the cable company. They got your money and they don’t care.
