What we have here is a failure to communicate.
I stopped in on a Thursday morning to order two sheets of glass 11X18 and 11X14 I was given the total and issued a price ($7.50) gave them my contact info and was told if it was not done by the afternoon it would be doe on Friday.
*interesting note they still use the old fashion impact printers from the 80's very retro.
Come Monday I had still received no call, so I call them them only to have no answer, and no way to leave a message. about 45 minutes later they call me back and tell me my order is done and ready for pickup.
