Leroy did an awesome job! Works alone very honest. He remodeled our bathroom he did everything from plumbing , tile work, to Painting. He didn’t even ask for money when we went to buy everything. We’re very happy with his work.

Leroy, Cristian, Malachi, Omar and the Precise crew rebuilt both my bathrooms.
My home was quite literally caving in on itself due to rotted floor joists from the previous owner (Home inspector didn't catch it)
These guys too us from rotted shack to the sweet 1950s Bungalow we wanted.
New plumbing, new wiring, new floors, joists the works.
They became like family.
The pictures do not so justice to how wonderful this is for us.

Leroy and his team did an amazing job with our flooring and wall repair. We had water damage in our drywall and flooring, so we needed some drywall repaired and new flooring installed. Leroy was very communicative in terms of when he would be able to start the job and they worked so quickly. We had three pretty large rooms completely redone, flooring, painting, floorboards, in a matter of days. He was also very transparent with pricing and made things look to the standard that he would want if it was in his own house. Leroy from Precise Remodeling was did an absolutely amazing job on our ceilings! After removing the popcorn (acoustic) from our ceilings, we found that the refinishing work was beyond our skill capacity. After calling around for quotes, Leroy came and looked at the job the same day and provided us an extremely reasonable quote the same day. The whole house took three weeks total (4-5 hours, 3 or 4 days each week), accounting for the fact that we did everything in stages and he had to add two or three layers of mud to the ceilings to finish them off. We were able to get a quote for our shower remodel right away. We had to wait a few weeks to get started but that was no problem. Once work started, it was quick and efficient and very professional! Good communication and easy to work with. We love our new shower - it turned out great and is just what we wanted! Leroy is very nice and I am so glad he was recommended to us.
