Needed their services through my Xcel energy account. My hot water heater went out. I contacted them and reached out for help for 7 days. During this time, they would not return phone calls and said they were too busy. They were unprofessional and extremely rude. Acted as though they didn't want our business or take the job. Terrible customer service from the management and all the way down. Not the way "any" customer should ever be treated regardless of any situation. Being left without hot water for over 7 days?
