We specialize in bringing our customers' dreams to a beautiful, functional, high-quality reality. The walkways in the raised garden were slightly crowned to move water into the planting beds and turf sections. Underneath the planting beds and turf squares is a system of drainage pipes and French drains that collect excess water and transport it to the lawn areas outside of the raised garden.
A series of wood landings, walls and bluestone slab steps were installed to create an entryway that was easier to navigate and highlighted accents of the existing landscape and house. Low Voltage night lighting was added to create a safe passage at night for guests and to spotlight key features.

Landvision Design has helped me turn my backyard into paradise. They have installed a paver patio, and stream fed pond with a waterfall, a couple of needed drains, raised beds, regular garden beds, and countless plants and shrubs. Landvision Designs of Raleigh recently completed a project in my backyard. From start to finish I could not have been more pleased. Joseph, Dan, Miguel, Cam and team were amazing to work with from start to finish. We worked through 3 design iterations with Joseph until we arrived at one that met both our aesthetic and budget needs. The team that did the work had to use our neighbor’s driveway and they were so careful and considerate that our neighbors didn’t have any concerns. We also had two Google Fiber runs in the work area and Miguel and team unearthed them with care - no service interruptions as a result. We love the final product and look forward to having the team do work for us in the future. We highly recommend

After much research and going through the process of interviewing and getting proposals with all of the top pool companies to find the best for both quality, knowledge and price, we contacted Landvision Designs. My experience has been everything you want it to be in terms of communication, and especially knowledge of land and slopes. He was so wonderful explaining all the options in regards to the difficulties of our piece of land. He spent the time explaining all details, prices and options. I was so impressed!

Tracy Sides and his team transformed our backyard from a weed-infested lot to a beautiful oasis. Every Landvision Designs employee was professional and courteous and everyday they cleaned up the worksite. It was a big project and Landvision was at our house almost every day for over two months and we had complete trust and confidence in them. We had lots of questions and changes yet they remained very accommodating. Also, they were not just order-takers but leveraged their expertise to guide us to the best result. We highly recommend Landvision for any outdoor project.

Tracy and the crew took care of the planning and design and we could not be happier. My wife and I met with Landvision over a year ago in gettng things started and let us figure everything out with our budget and yard with no pressure. Tracy worked with us to get within our budget and our backyard looks like a magazine.
