Pros: They offer pickup and drop-off service. The factory reset of my car's computer finally fixed an issue with my iPhone syncing that the customer-available resets never did.
Cons: It takes a long time to get an appointment. It takes a long time to get a repeat appointment for an issue they didn't fix the first time. They don't prioritize service failures and repeat service for the same issue -- you're waiting for two weeks just like everyone else. Based on my N=1, they show little attention to detail about the issues requested or needed (thus requiring repeat visits). The

After searching a 200 mile radius of Sioux Falls, and finally finding the exact car I was looking for at Einspahr I drove up to see it and buy it. Jordan greeted me right away and made the entire process easy and stress free. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, basically they treated me like family. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm not sure why there are only negative reviews available. I had nothing but a good experience at this dealership. Jake helped me work through my specific and difficult situation and helped me get myself into a new truck at the best deal possible! They gave me updates each step of the way and made sure that I was informed with what was going on in the background. At the end of the day I am a happy customer.

These people falsely advertise prices on cars and refuses to honor it. I inquired about a Shelby gt350 that was on their website for $58,761 and when I go and place a deposit on it, they magically jack up the price and claim "it was a mistake".
Hands down, this dealer is full of thieves, scammers and losers
