I called to have our septic system pumped and German Septic was out that day! After tracking down our ancient buried septic tank, Nathan advised getting the system up to code so it would be easier to maintain (and no digging in our yard). We opted to locate the manhole ourselves. A few days later, he came back out and was able to pump our very overdue septic and get everything up to code with a riser, all within an hour or so. Answered all my questions and explained everything very well. We will 100% use this company for all of our septic needs in the future!

German doesn't advertise a lot... They don't need to. Word of mouth it's the best reference you can get. Our neighbors and realtor recommended them when we first moved in. I called expecting a long wait for service and the lovely folks at German Septic were able to work me in next day. Their communication and follow up were excellent, they gave me plenty of warning before heading my way for my pump, and when making recommendations weren't "pushy" or insistent on making a sale--genuinely helpful.

Great service! The father/son crew came out right on the time they said they would, had no trouble immediately getting to work on my tank. They offered a few suggestions that would help prevent issues with my concrete cap in the future and answered a question I'd had for years about where my lateral lines were likely buried. They even gave a handy magnet to remember when you last had the service done. I think these are trustworthy people and will easily recommend them.
