My wife and I have used PRE for the last 3 years as our home security/surveillance provider. PRE has always provided us professional service at a very fair price. PRE has always been quick to respond to any issues and to provide expert advice as we upgrade our system. Our nonprofit agency was awarded a substantial amount of money for the installation of a security system. We reached out and obtained multiple bids. Of the bids, PRE was the most thorough and detailed, explaining every estimate in cost and identifying an alternative. We chose PRE to do the installation and they are highly professional, service first, customer oriented in every way. It was a large job and we had a few hiccups in the beginning that Michael addressed head on and impressively. A year later, we have the ability to monitor activity offsite with quality equipment. This is the first company that has ever left everything cleaner than they found it. Did everything that they said they would without making excuses. Finished the project under the estimated time frame and saved us money without having to be pushed to do so.
