We will apply a granular fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass control; also broadleaf weed control will be applied as necessary to control the weed's seeds as they begin to germinate. We will apply a pre-emergent application to control grubs and other sub-surface feeding insects. This application needs to be watered in within 24 hours of applications to ensure effectiveness.
