Dana South, MBA/TM has more than 40 years of combined experience in all aspects of the Florida construction industry. He was formally educated in a school of Business Administration and Construction. Dana also had hands-on field experience in various trades, which helped her earn the right to be called a general contractor.
Our office is based in the Tampa Bay Area because of its easy access to the entire State. Currently, we are serving clients in the Tampa Bay area. We have also worked on development projects throughout the West Coast of Florida and Charlotte County. The real estate office project featured is part of a larger complex that we designed and build. It includes a 175-seat restaurant, 2000 SF rental office space, and the real estate office. The remodeling of this home in Riverview, FL included the demolition of the old entry, enclosing the old garage, and adding this new entry.

Highly recommend this father son team. I purchased my home Sept 1, 2016 and I had to install a new roof. I got 7 estimates that ranged from 7,500 to 15.000. This company was very far priced, prompt and had my roof completed in a day. My home is 1,650sqft. If your looking for far good quality work these guys won't let you down.

Scope of work was a small roof repair, replace vertical cedar siding and paint. Price $$$$.
First day out foreman says that cedar is too expensive and he would like to find alternatives. His alternative was more expensive hardi board. The boards were then installed horizontally which increased the area of cedar that needed to be replaced AND altered the look of the house.
The increase to the original quote was $$, a 50% increase over the original quote. At this point I asked that the siding work be completed and explained I would not be moving forward with the roof repair or the painting.
