I can't say enough great things about John. He is patient, truly caring and a life-saver!! I lost my keys kayaking to my electronic start car... NO ONE had anything helpful to do or say, EXCEPT John! He went out of his way to have a key over-nighted and meet me to get me back on the road. If you ever have the misfortune of losing your keys, I hope it's in a place where Big John can help you!
