A home with a south facing patio/backyard needs summer shade unless you want turn into a french fry. The two-year-old home that my wife and I recently moved into needed summer shade. We did a very large pool, patio, deck and pavilion project in our entire backyard. Laz was with us from the beginning and every step of the way. The pool contractor was very difficult and caused many delays over a very long period. Laz not only communicated with us daily, but also took on the task of managing and overseeing all of the other contractors (pool, deck, electrician etc). He kept us sane during a very trying time. He was able to send us a beautiful design in a very timely manner and using a professional design app. He explained his process and how much things cost. Needed a beautiful patio. Got a beautiful patio. Gave them a budget and they stuck to it. Fast, easy, even called them back to add on to it!

Laz was introduced to us by our neighbor who had their patio done with pergola. Laz and his crew had impressed us with their work that they had done. So we hired Laz for our project where we wanted to improve the curb appeals.
We walked Laz through what we wanted to achieve in our entry way and our backyard and he took notes diligently. Next day, he walked in with a proposed design, we fell in love with his design at first sight. We made few adjustments and signed the contract.

So Impressed!!!
Called at 8a & he was here before 930a, the time he had estimated. Did a great job & more than I had asked for. Very personable, will tell al my friends about him & will call him next time my husband is out of town for a heavy snow.

I used Semper Fi last year, left a message for them yesterday afternoon & had to call them again this morning to be told they aren't accepting any new clients. I will also be letting everyone know about the lack of service from them.
