Positive: Professionalism
Was unable to do repair myself, called Best Services and was immediately scheduled. Travis arrived at promised time after texting me that he was on his way. Had proper tool and 25 minutes later the installation was complete. He cleaned area. The whole process from start to finish took 45 minutes.

After calling numerous companies, I finally got Best Services. After a call for service that I had no hot water, I was given an appointment between 4 & 6pm. Prior to Tech arriving I was told that someone would stop by to make sure what size the heater was. The person arrived (forgot name) took a look at heater and turned main water off. I was told the Tech would be here as stated he just was here to see size of heater. As stated, a Tech named John arrived. He got to work immediately. I was not aware that a new water heater was needed. John apologized, stating he did not know anything as he received

I got home from work one evening and the house was 90°. Called Best the next morning and they were able to get me in that same day. Eric, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He had the part I needed on his truck and was able to get me up and running quickly. He stayed to verify that everything was working and that the system was functioning correctly. Made some maintenence recommendations for the future. Wife and I went to sleep that night in a nicely cooled house. The cost was very reasonable. Great experience all around.

My disabled mother-in-law lives in Seneca and her air was out for a while. Needless to say, she was miserable . Not knowing anyone in the area I just went down the list on Google. The first place I called did not even call me back. When I called Best Services I spoke with a man named Eric. I explained I was coming from out of town and before I could get there Eric came , looked at problem, went home and got a window unit for my mother-in-law, installed it and was gone before I got there.
