Had a leaky window in my condo, was a very awkward spot, and Glass Contractors was recommended by my property management company. A technician was really nice, but didn't even bother to investigate the real problem, instead quoted me for a "water test" that was going to run me $500-$700. Tech left, and a week later I still didn't have an actual estimate or an estimate repair date...I had another competitor come in for 1/4 of the price and made the repair in less than 3 days. Although I can appreciate the courteous staff, the lack of timeliness was really a huge turnoff

Really nice honest folks. I needed a new piece of glass for a storm window, so I took them the frame and another window that was cracked to see as an example. They made my window the same day, and due to misunderstanding they replaced the glass in the second example unit as well, and didn't make me pay for it since it was a mistake. They did excellent work, and I appreciated not having to hassle about the second window unlike at some other less-honest places.
