AMRON was founded by Robert T. Williams in 1967 with the goal of providing construction services to owners of residential and commercial building projects. AMRON has over fifty years of experience in all aspects of construction management and operations.
In AMRON's many years of service, AMRON has developed and managed multi-million dollar projects including: townhouses, condominiums, single and multi-family housing units, subterranean and semi-subterranean parking, hospital facilities, ball-park stadiums, city-center malls, and large commercial projects such as a three hundred ninety million dollar academic campus.
AMRON assists owners by establishing a fundamental understanding and methodology in approaching a potential construction project via: creating conceptual projects by comparing design and cost analysis with present industry assumptions; establishing construction documents to create visualization for the project's duration and financial ramifications; and providing flexible options for synchronizing project scheduling / cost containment in order to bring the project to realization and completion.

AMRON's Residential Construction Division builds new and renovates homes throughout Northern and Southern California including: Sonoma County, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Los Angeles, Pasadena, Long Beach, Redondo, Hermosa, and Manhattan Beach cities. AMRON works closely with owners to realize their desired homes.
From city-center malls to major government infrastructure projects, AMRON effectively delivers multi-million dollar commercial projects. From concept to completion, AMRON develops and manages all aspects of the project and day-to-day operations. AMRON proficiently facilitates: value engineering and accurate estimating, manpower utilization, project streamlining, and schedule adherence.

A friend referred me to AMRON when I needed to build a studio. After we came up with the design together, I was so pleased that I opted to get my bathroom remodeled as well.
