Edited this review to reflect that repair professionals were great but the company owner and receptionist were rude and disrespectful. They cancelled an appointment the day before and claimed they didn't have it in their "notes". No longer doing business with Dzedos

From my first phone call to them to my second visit, I was very happy with their service. Their customer service is awesome. Jason came out to fix two appliances. He explained everything, ordered the parts and fixed everything quickly. It is comforting to know there is a local, reliable company for repairs.

Fantastic customer service and ability. Owner was able to diagnose the problem with my oven in minutes. Part was immediately ordered and came to repair on a Saturday.
Company calls back when they say they'll call, shows up when they say they'll show. I'm very impressed and couldn't be happier.
I hope nothing else breaks but if it does, I know who to call.
