I called them on Saturday morning because they said open on Google and sure enough they answered right away. We had a water leak from the bathroom going into the ceiling in the basement and became very worried last night. Terry was so nice and came right away even though we just had snow. He didn't charge us extra for a weekend or emergency! Thank you so much ! I sure hope we don't have anymore emergencies but if we do we will call you guys for plumbing!!!!

I just want to say how much I appreciate Terry's fast service and was able to repair my water heater without costing a lot. He was fast to respond to my call too which I find a great asset and appreciate since I was without hot water over a holiday weekend. Very professional! Our bathtub absolutely refused to drain, and of course it was the evening before Thanksgiving. But our phone call was answered in person, and the plumber was standing right there, ready to come out. He knew exactly what to do - the tub has never run so well. It seems they are always available evenings, weekends and holidays. Many Thanks, River Valley Plumbing.
