I would highly recommend Steinberger Floors for any homeowner. I worked directly with David, the owner, on the entire process of having our carpeting installed. He was a pleasure to work with and our carpets were installed in a short time frame since we wanted it in prior to moving into the home. The carpet was ripped up, we painted over the weekend and Steinberger installed the carpeting the following week.. His team was reliable, on-time and incredibly responsive. The carpet looks great!

In July - August 2020, I contracted this company to install a new kitchen floor. I have been trying to contact the owner and left numerous messages regarding my issue. The floor is coming apart, the floor was never leveled out and the tile cracked.
Barb has taken my messages but I have not received a call back.
They have shown no concern and have disregarded my complaints.
All I asked was for a return call to set up an appointment for someone to come to my home and assess the issues.
This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Purchased 2 rooms of carpet and 4 area rugs. The installation was excellent! The carpet is beautiful and laid perfectly. Very professional and careful installers. The area rugs are perfect. Couldn't be happier. Would not hesitate to purchase from Steinberger again!

I had shopped home and low. I was driving by Steinbergers and decided to stop in. Just to really confirm that I wouldn't be able to afford them anyway. I heard from other people that they were high end (if you will) and assumed high prices as well. Working with a ever dwindling budget to replace carpet and put new hardwood floors in my foyer and diningroom I figured why not get a bid from Steinbergers.
Best stop I made. I already was set on the hardwood floors and knew exactly what I wanted. I know the carpet I choose is of better quality than what I was looking at and quoted on at the chain stores

My home is 8 years old. On the day that I moved in until today every where in the house and the back porch that the bottom of our feet touch is a disaster! Are you asking why?
1. The builders himself is a crook!
2. The owner of this store helped me pick my flooring which the hard wood is still beautiful.
However, the owners son was learning that summer of 2008. I cleaned glue up from all over our floor.
3. The house is on a slab. You would think that a flooring company knows how to lay a floor. DONT USE THIS PLACE! THEIR WORK IS TERRIBLE! The wood expands and contracts. You are able to see
